CPEC MEMBERSHIP

Please note that you need to be a valid member of CPEC Members Club for the 2022 calendar year to participate at CPEC event nights. If you are not a valid member you will be unable to compete on the night. If you are unsure please contact the committee video the CPEC Members Club Facebook page.

To renew your 2022 membership, simply click here and fill in the membership form attached. Please note you cannot renew your membership or join at an event, you must join prior and it has to be done online.

ENTRIES

Payment is required upon entry on Global Entries Online.  

You must provide a valid EA Membership number.

EXTERNAL COMPETITORS

An animal health declaration form (see attachment) will need to be completed for any horses brought into Centennial Park Equestrian Centre from outside. Please note that all external competitors will need to pay an additional ground fee of $25 (this is 50% of the normal cost). Please select the 'External Competitor - CPEC Facilities Fee' as part of your entry.

CLASSES
Due to popularity we have some restrictions on entry. 

You may enter one horse & rider combination per class. You may enter two classes only and must enter the correct age group. Maximum of 2 tests per horse. Additional tests may be granted at the Committee's discretion. Should you wish to discuss this please contact Emma Cox.

Class 1 Prep C Junior (up to 16 yrs)

Class 2 Prep C Senior (17yrs & over)

Class 3 Preliminary 1B Junior (up to 16yrs)

Class 4 Preliminary 1B Senior (17 yrs & over)

Class 5 Novice 2B Open

Class 6 Open/Choose your own test

DRESS CODE
Dress neat & tidy. Light coloured jodhpurs and collared shirt with sleeves.

PRIZES
Placings and ribbons are awarded based on the number of entries in the class. This is subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the committee.

2022 INAUGURAL CPEC MEMBERS CLUB POINT SCORE

The aim of the Junior and Senior point score competition is to encourage more riders to our monthly competitions. There will be annual prizes awarded to:

- Junior and Senior dressage and show jumping champion (combined points from both nights)

- Junior and Senior dressage champion (points for dressage nights)

- Junior and Senior showjumping champion (points for jump nights)

The points are tallied from each event throughout the year, meaning the more events you compete in, the better your chances of being our annual winner. Prizes include trophies, rugs and goods and will be announced at our annual Christmas party at the conclusion of all 2022 events. Points have been tallied since our first dressage night (February 11) and will be monitored by the Committee.

NO CHANGES AFTER ENTRIES HAVE CLOSED
Absolutely no changes will be made after entries have closed. This includes late entries or changes to riders.

DRAW
First rider on course at 5.00pm sharp. Set up at 4.30pm. 

The draw will be emailed to all competitors 24 hours prior.

VOLUNTEERS
All participants are required to volunteer or nominate a friend/ relative to volunteer on the night. Set up 4.30pm on Friday plus, others to assist, marshals, pack up, food and beverages, first aid. Pack up is after the final horse has left the arena.

Fee per class
$25 + Ground Fee of $2.50 per rider.
