Scratchings - Should you wish to scratch prior to entries closing, please make adjustments to your entry via GlobalEntries.  Should you need to scratch a horse or yourself after entries have closed, please notify the Event Secretary ASAP.  An Admin fee of 25% will be taken after the close of entries IF a medical or Vet Certificate has been recieved within 3 days of the completion of the event.

Excellent watered arenas, including good warm up arena.  Ample Parking.

Grass Arena to run to draw order, NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Sand Arena - Kindly run in conjunction with Findon Hunt Club.

Late entries accepted on Ring 2 (Sand Arena) at $10 on the day.

 

Camping Fee - $25 for NON MEMBERS per vehicle

Yards: Limited numbers - 85, must be booked with entries. As per EFA National ruling, yards must be of solid construction.

 

Competitors must be financial members of the EFA (for all classes on the Grass Arena) or NVSJC, otherwise an insurance levey of $20 MUST be paid on the day.

 

ALL DOGS MUST EITHER BE ON A LEASH OR TIED TO A TRUCK AT ALL TIMES
