Do not enter events or rounds you are not starting in,   If a class is full its full . We are running very strict to time for whole event So extras can not happen. There is a wait list 

All under 18 riders must have parent present when riding and must also camp with an adult. Unsupervised under 18/s will be asked to leave grounds.

All riders must be current EA members and all horses must have EA registration this is compulsory. All helmets must be tagged.

Horse Health Declaration must be completed with your entries .If HHD are not submitted entries will be deleted. 

2 starts per horse per day . Includes training rounds.

No electric fences . Only book yards for horses competing please book your own yards and camping not other peoples .

Correct riding attire,   3 riders only at a time at practice fence.

St Johns in attendance.

Dogs on leash at all times and not in competition area.

Generators switched off by 9.30 pm 

All club members are required to help with the running of the show.
