Description

Member's Clear Round Day Sunday 19th April 2026

Gates open at 8.00am, please assist with setting up the course at 8.30am.

If you are in the first 2 heights, you are expected to assist with set up of the day, those who are jumping throughout the day are expected to assist with picking up rails, resetting course etc & anyone jumping 100cm and above are asked to pack up, please.

In accordance with EA National Jumping Rules and to prioritise horse welfare, we are allowing 2 rounds per horse. Some exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Please be organised and prompt, if you intend to be in the first heights, please be there before 9am. 

As this is training, please be respectful of those who may be on young and/or green horses (or inexperienced riders) who may need a little extra time, but those who are needing a little extra time, be mindful of others who are also wanting to have a round.

If you use yards, these need to be cleaned & chain gates to be closed when leaving.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1.      All entrants must be current paid members of Northern Victorian Showjumping Club for 2025/26- renew membership or join our club via Global Entries Online.

2.      This event is run under EA/FEI rules, regulations and Codes of Conduct, as well as the NVSJC Code of Conduct.

3.      All riders at the event will be deemed to have read and accepted the Conditions of Entry, evidenced by your entry for the day on Global Entries Online.

4.      After any fall anywhere on the NVSJC grounds, the rider must present to the organiser of the day to be cleared BEFORE re-mounting.

5.      Any person riding in a class, must have a registration in that class either via Global Entries Online – or as a change of rider via the organiser.

6.      Each horse may have two starts on the day.

7.      Only three horses should be in the arena at any one time.

8.      The Organising Committee reserves the right to change or amend the program at its discretion.

9.      The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry.

10.    All owners and competitors will be personally responsible for damages to any third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their animals.

11.    The Organising Committee reserves the right to swab horses.

12.    Refunds: Refunds will be given before close of entries (please contact the event secretary). After entries have closed, full refunds will only be given on presentation of a veterinary or doctor’s certificate.

13.    Dogs & Prams

a.  Dogs must be on a lead at all times

b.  Dogs are not allowed:

Dress: For Training Days, polo shirts and darker coloured breeches may be worn.
