  CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

TSHA Classes:

All horses entering the thoroughbred classes must have a TSHA licence.  TSHA licences can be purchased on Global Entries online.  Log in to Global Entries and go to "manage horses" to fill in all details and pay for licence.  If you need help, please contact Nicole Poetsch info@throughbredsporthorse.com.au or 0418 683 802.

The event will be run under EA/FEI rules. The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter or amend any of the conditions, regulations or any aspect of the event as they see fit.       

Teams Event- Four Teams with four riders on hobby horses over X rails.          

ENTRY:  Only riders who are EA or DESA members are able to enter this event.  

EA Membership: Memberships will be checked - Please ensure that your membership is current for the 25-26 Membership year. 

CLASSES: Each horse is limited to 2 classes per day.

You may enter the Open or TSHA class not both.

Prize money: Prize money is paid by direct deposit into your nominated back account with GEO.  Please ensure these details are correct. 

Refunds: Will only be given up until close of entries.  Refunds after this date will require medical or veterinary certificate. 

Dogs: Must be on a lead at all times. 

First Aid:  A First Aid person will be on duty for the event. Any injuries involving horses, mounted or unmounted, and outside of the arena must be seen by the First Aid Officer on Duty as soon as possible after the incident
