**SPECIAL NOTICES**

2. CONCESSIONAL GATE PRICES - $10 for HORSE EXHIBITOR/COMPETITOR

The daily showground gate entry price for horse competitors (Adult or Child) will remain at $10. This will only apply to those entering through Gate 13, accompanied by their horse(s). In addition, each competitor will be allowed gate entry for accompanying ‘support persons’ (maximum 5) also in the same vehicle, at the price of $10 per person.

3. GATE ENTRY: all competitor vehicles enter the grounds through Gate 5 (Racecourse Rd) and then Gate 13.

4. NO DOG ARE ALLOWED ON THE SHOWGROUND OVER THE DURATION OF THE SHOW, EXCEPTIONS - a guide dog, a dog trained to assist a person in activities where hearing is required, a dog being exhibited for show purposes or engaged in pre-arranged organised entertainment, a dog controlled by Police, Defence or Corrective Service personal.

5. FIREWORK DISPLAYS - ALL HORSE EXHIBITORS/COMPETITORS - please be informed that on Friday 9 May and Saturday 10 May, at approximately 9.00 pm, a FIREWORKS display will take place in the main arena and last for approximately 10 minutes. Competitors/exhibitors with horses on the Showground at that time should make suitable arrangements for the care of the horses during the display.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All entries are to be made through ‘www. globalentriesonline.com.au’, including Pony Club showjumping classes. Please ensure rider and horse EA details and the correct rider and horse combinations are entered correctly in Global Entries Online at the time of entry. INVALID ENTRIES IN OFFICIAL CLASSES (ie 1.05m and above) WILL BE DELETED AND ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND GRANTED. eg Invalid: missing or incorrect number or incorrect class entered.

2. A horse may only compete in a maximum of two classes per day. The same horse can only compete in one section of each class. No prize money will be paid in official classes without a current showjumping card.

3. Class 16A will be conducted as per the Australian Amateur Ruling taken from the Australian National Rules effective 1 January 2014. NB: riders / horses wishing to compete in this Class cannot enter other classes where the first round is above 1.20m height.

4. Junior 6 Bar competitors must be under 18 years of age on the first day of the Show, 9 May 2025. An Adult rider is 18 years and over on the first day of the Show, 9 May 2025.
