·This event will be run on the sand arena at the rear of Rydges Hunter Valley. Entry via 66 Wills Hill Road ONLY. See map on FB page.

Riders must be members of either HVSJC, HorseSport Australia or EA.  HVSJC members & HorseSport Australia ONLY will receive a $5 discount per round only to be claimed for one club/organisation, not both.  If in doubt about your HVSJC membership status please contact us by either messaging the facebook page or email entries@hvsjc.com.au - or if you have joined on Global Entries Online, you can check under your Profile.

This event will be run under HorseSport Australia affiliation, rules and insurance.  By entering this event you are agreeing to the Risk Warning and Waiver of Liability for HVSJC.

· The Committee reserves the right to reject any entries.

· If there is a problem with your entry and we email or text you, if you have not responded within 24 hours YOUR ENTRY WILL BE DELETED. Please ensure your contact information is up to date on Global. 

· Each horse & rider combination can only do a maximum of four rounds in two consecutive height brackets. The course will be built with approximately half the fences at either end of the bracketed height. You may choose to do the first half of the course twice, the complete course as designed, or the second half of the course twice for your turn.

* Dress code - riding boots, approved helmet, jodhpurs and polo shirt of any colour.  It is the rider's responsibility to ensure helmets meet safety standards.

· There will be strictly no late entries or changes made on the day other than height changes, there will be no office open.  No rider changes unless the new rider is already entered.

· Food and drinks are available for purchase. We appreciate you being able to have correct money / small notes. 

· Refunds prior to close of entries will attract a $5 administration levy.  We cannot carry entries over to another date as the system does not allow this.

· Refunds after close of entries only available on presentation of doctor or vet certificate.

· Gates will open at 7am.

· Any changes due to weather will be communicated via the facebook page
