On call Vet - Murray Valley Veterinary Services Brad Goonan - 0447 874 567 Rider notes: Maximum of 2 starts per horse per day AWEC Facility Fee - $16.50 per horse First Aid Levy: Due to changes in First Aid provision rules and requirements we have had to employ first aid through a business. This will see a significant increase to our first aid costs. To cover the costs of our First Aid provider (and we cannot run without them) instead of charging a first aid levy we have increased our class entry fees to ensure we can cover the first aid costs. We know you understand both the need for this cost increase but also the difficulty in this decision. We thank you for supporting our show. EA membership: All competitors must comply with the EA membership and base registration requirements. For this event we are not offering closed restricted classes. Prize Money - Will be paid via Global. Rider’s must have their details registered on their profile to be eligible for prize money by Sunday the 1st of February otherwise money will be forfeited. Dogs must be on a lead at all times and are NOT ALLOWED in practice arenas or in the stable areas All persons must be aware of the danger at all times when providing necessary assistance to riders in the warm up. There will be a coffee van available over the weekend. Refund policy: After entries close refunds will only be possible with a vet or doctors certificate. Only horses covered by the vet certificate will be covered. All refunds (either before or after close of entries - with vet/doctors certificate) will incur a 25% administration fee. The organising committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry at its discretion Any fall of rider anywhere on the grounds will be required to present to the medical staff and be cleared to continue riding BEFORE remounting, riders failing to do so will not be permitted to compete again for the duration of the event. Important - BDSJC Memberhsip does not include insurance coverage for members, EA membership provides personal injury and third-party protection.
