Premier boutique showjumping competition, set in picturesque lakeside grounds on top class grass surface! Camping available, Facility fee per vehicle staying onsite, to be paid with entries. Limited power available via generators, showers available at Caravan Park. Limited yards available to be booked with entries. All yards to be built according to EV regulations. No campfires permitted. Rubbish Bins supplied are for RUBBISH only. NO GLASS IN BINS PLEASE All manure to be picked up and put in designated areas. DOGS MUST BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT PERMITTED IN CARAVAN PARK FACILITIES.
No entrance to the grounds until after 1pm Friday 6th of March.
Conditions of Entry. The event will be run under current EV regulations. Horses are only eligible to compete in two classes per day All riders MUST be current EV members, base registration for horses required for all classes. All horses competing over 105m MUST hold a current EV jumping licence. Horses are only eligible to compete in either Mini Prix OR Grand Prix, horses cannot compete in both. If entries are excessive class numbers will be limited Medical Levy: Applicable to all riders $20 per rider for the whole weekend. (Medical levy covers provision of First Aid at event) No Late Entries will be taken on day – alterations to existing entries may be made No refunds unless vet/medical certificate is provided. All events will be run to drawn order; draws will be available on the weekend. The CRC committee reserves the right to amend the program as they see fit. The CRC does not accept any liability for accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, officials, spectators, or any other person or property whatsoever. Horses and riders compete at their own risk. Approved safety helmets must be worn (properly fastened) at all times while riding on the venue grounds. It is riders responsibility to ensure helmets worn are up to current EA regulations. |
