Conditions of entry
The CRC does not accept any liability for accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, officials, spectators, grounds or any other person or property whatsoever.
Horses and riders compete at their own risk.
Approved safety helmets must be worn (properly fastened) at all times while riding on the venue grounds. It is riders responsibility to ensure helmets worn are up to current EA regulations.
Horses are limited to competing in 2 classes per day....

Approved safety helmets must be worn (properly fastened) at all times while riding on the venue grounds. It is riders responsibility to ensure helmets worn are up to current EA regulations.

Horses are limited to competing in 2 classes per day.

CRC Member Classes are for Non-EA Registered horses only. Registered horses must be entered in official classes (if insufficient entry spots available please email caramutridingclub.com.au, DO NOT enter in alternate sections)

No entrance to the grounds until after 2pm Friday 16th January.

Power provided by generators, showers available at the caravan park.

Facility fee $20 per registration

Medical Levy $15 per rider

Limited yards available, to be booked with entries. All yards to be built according to EV regulations.

No campfires permitted. Rubbish bins provided are for rubbish only.

All manure to be picked up and piled AWAY from trees, buildings etc. Yards MUST be cleaned out. Manure and bedding to be piled IN FRONT of yards (not behind under trees) to allow commitee to remove after the event.

Dogs must be properly restrained at all times.
