Hosted by the Bega Showjumping Club

This event will be held at the beautiful Cobargo Showgrounds situated on the Cobargo - Bermagui Road.

The Cobargo Show Society are continuously upgrading and making improvements to the Showground. There is plenty of room to spread out and camp, along with ample power and water outlets provided around the Showground.

The Showground itself has plenty of space for generous sized Warm-Up and Competition Arenas.

Cobargo is a quaint town, and is located only 10 minutes from beautiful Bermagui, which boasts some of the best fishing and beaches. Tilba Village is only 20 minutes north of Cobargo.

The Cobargo Cup is a family friendly holiday event and caters to all abilities of horses and riders.

To be run in accordance with Equestrian Australia rules and guidelines.

Riders attending must be a 2025-2026 Financial Member of either EA or the Bega Showjumping Club.

2 Starts per horse per day (plus 1 x novelty event).

Horses and Riders Competing 105cm and above must have current 2025-2026 EA registration.

October is Cancer Awareness month. Those competitors in the Junior and Open 6 Bar events are invited to wear pink in honor of those that have fought Cancer and for those that are continueing to battle Cancer. 

Camping is available from Friday 24th Oct and for the duration of the event. Powered sites $40 for the duration of the event, unpowered sites are $15 per night.

Yards - Existing yards (90 in total) are $30 for the duration of the event. BYO yards are free, but please build no larger than 4m x 4m and outer perimeter must be of a solid construction (ie not just electric tape).

No refunds will be given after close of entry unless a Medical or Vet Certificate is supplied. An Admin fee may apply.

The Office will be open for a period of time on Friday and Saturday afternoons, and on Saturday and Sunday mornings for Class changes etc. Times will be advertised closer to the date.

Dogs are NOT permitted in Warm-Up or Competition Arenas and MUST be leashed at all times.
