WASJA SHOW JUMPING Saturday 26th April 2025 Sat Course walk 7.30am, 8.00am start Both rings on the grass Scratching's before close of entry will incur a $10.00 admin charge. Scratching's after close of entries will incur a $24.00 admin charge and a vet or medical certificate to be supplied within 48 hours of the event completion. All scratching notifications are to be emailed to washowjumping@gmail.com Late entries - Additional $5 per class Dress: Official Show Attire Required for competition rounds. MEMBERSHIP Membership for the year available through Global Entries under Clubs. In order to get your discount of $5.00 per class (excluding training rounds) you must join first and get a membership number. Only EWA or members of WASJA are allowed to complete at WASJA shows Pony Club members are welcome, however they will need to join WASJA or the EWA. Please ensure that you have a minimum of a base registration for horses competing 1.04m or below as per the new EA ruling. Horses competing in the 1.05m classes and above must be registered and have a current competition License. CLASSES Horses may only compete in one ring. Horse may only compete in either a part A or Part B of a class. All competitive classes can be used as Interschool Qualifiers. Off The Track classes will require horses to be registered with a OTT passport. STALLIONS Stallions must clearly display a green disc at all times when they are on the grounds and abide by the stallion code of conduct. It is recommended that riders and handlers of stallions at shows be over the age of 17years; however, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to understand the full code of conduct for stallions at events. FEES EWA Start Levy $ 4 per competitive round up to a maximum of $24 per day Ground fee $15.00 per horse per day Helper/ First Aid Fee $30 per rider per day Stables to be booked directly with the State Equestrian Centre.
CANCELLED EVENTS: WASJA reserves the right to cancel, suspend or postpone events due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The organisers will endeavour to refund riders for unused class entry fees and return a portion of other fees when possible and as deemed appropriate.
