2 Arenas with Open and TSHA classes. Held at White Park Scone on the outdoor grass arenas. Entry thru the Hill street entrance. Entries open on 28 August 4pm and close on Thursday August at 9pm All helmets must be tagged, as required by mandatory helmet tagging regulations. Please note, helmets must be tagged before the competition as a tagging delegate may not be available on the day. STARTS PER DAY - A horse can only have TWO STARTS PER DAY - A horse can only be entered in a class ONCE - A horse can be entered in TWO CONSECUTIVE classes - A rider can only have a maximum of FOUR STARTS PER CLASS OFFICIAL CLASSES Membership Requirements: All riders must be financial members of EA to compete in official classes (1.05m and over). All horses competing in official classes must hold current EA registration and performance cards. Riders may be required to present horse registration/performance cards upon request of the committee. For all non-official classes riders must be either a EA member or a member of Scone Showjumping Club, this membership will be valid for the next financial year. THOROUGHBRED SPORT HORSE ASSOCIATION To be eligible to enter TSHA classes your horse must be registered with the Australian Thoroughbred Stud Book, have a microchip number and a TSHA competition licence. TSHA competition licences can be purchased on Global Entries by logging in and going to the ‘Manage Horses’ page. For more information visit www.thoroughbredsporthorse.com.au. SCRATCHINGS PRIOR TO CLOSE OF ENTRIES: If scratching prior to the close of entries the show organiser must be notified. The show organiser will refund your entries, minus an amount to cover bank fees. AFTER CLOSE OF ENTRIES: If scratching after the close of entries, no refund will be given without a vet or medical certificate An admin levy of $5 will be retained if scratching with a vet certificate after the close of entries and prior to the event commencing. ONCE EVENT COMMENCES: No refunds will be given once the event has commenced. DRESS Jackets must be worn for all official classes (1.05m and above). Any person mounted on a horse must be wearing a properly secured helmet, which must comply with Australian or European helmet standards, and be wearing appropriate footwear. DRAWS Draws for classes will be published after the close of entries. Arenas 1 will run by draw order, and takes precedence over arena 2. Order of events can change at the discretion of the committee. In case of classes running late, AM7 classes may need to run as A2 Camping.. Camping is available.
