  • IF A RIDER IS UNABLE TO COMPETE DUE TO INJURY TO THEMSELVES OR HORSE, THEY MUST PROVIDE A DR OR VET CERTIFICATE FOR A REFUND

  • ALL ZONE 14 AND PCANSW BYLAWS APPLY

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ENTRIES ARE CORRECT AS THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES MADE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE
