If the class you want to enter is full but there is space in another class in your arena then please enter any other class in the same arena
General Information • All riders must be current Pony Club WA members with insurance (day membership available on JustGo, 18 & Over only). • Riders must present proof of active PC membership at sign in. Refunds are not guaranteed if membership is found to not be active on the day when checking in • Scratchings after close of entries will incur a $15 admin fee • One Event Competition, Top-Up & Open Rider members enter "Open PC Rider" classes • Maximum class numbers apply. Please email events@horsemens.org.au or contact us on facebook if your age group is full and we will open up more space in that class • Leaderboard Showjumping classes include a $3 fee to cover the Pony Club WA Leaderboard levies. • Leaderboard points will be allocated according to leaderboard age groups • Classes may be split into age categories if entry numbers are large enough, at the discretion of the organising committee. • Maximum of 3 Showjumping rounds per horse, per day • Maximum of 3 Dressage Tests per horse, per day • Maximum of 4 Classes per horse, per day • Official Pony Club uniform required for pony club riders • Open riders are required to wear jackets • Should the decision be made to remove jumpers/ jackets long sleeve must be worn • All classes will be run in the order as per classes on global • If the same class is entered twice the second round/test will be non competitive. • Rosettes from 1st - 6th place and cash prizes for 1st place pending class numbers Helper duty • Each rider must provide one helper per horse entered to complete a helper duty • Limited self-help options are available, please email events@horsemens.org.au. • Helper duty roster will be published on SignUp after 6pm on the 12th of March 2025. First come, first served for preference of helper duties. • Any riders who have not enrolled for a helper duty by 6pm on Friday, 14th of March 2025, will be allocated a helper duty. • If you need to swap duties after helper duties have closed or your preferred time slots are not available, please comment on the event on facebook to ask someone to swap with you. • Failure to complete helper duties will result in the rider being disqualified. Gear Checking • All gear must comply with the current Pony Club Australia National Gear Rules. • All riders must present to the gear checker before entering any arena (including warm up arena) and again for their next class • The decision of the Head Gear Checker is final. • Failure to present for gear checking will result in disqualification. Stables • Stables are available to be booked for use on the day of the event at a cost of $10 per horse. • All stables must be thoroughly cleaned and all manure removed from stables at the end of the event. This is vitally important to preserve the unique and delicate ecosystem of Whiteman Park.
